Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
- plan events for multiple venues by learning and communicating the features and benefits of each location
- understand and cater to the unique needs of various event types including corporate functions, birthday parties, and social events
- meet and strive to exceed individual sales KPIs
- maintain organization and manage a large client portfolio across multiple venues
- act as the on-site contact for the operations team by hosting BEO meetings and ensuring successful event execution
- actively manage client relationships including retention efforts to encourage repeat bookings
- work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- stay connected and engaged with the team via video meetings and coaching sessions
- showcase enthusiasm and professionalism consistently to clients
