Job Requirements

  • Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
  • reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload)
  • ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter

  • Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
  • proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • strong verbal and written communication skills

  • strong time management and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn them into booked events
  • learn the features and benefits of our distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to clients
  • understand the unique needs of all types of events from corporate functions to birthday parties
  • meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
  • organize and manage a large client base and multiple venues
  • plan and coordinate event details with clients up to the day of the event
  • maintain and actively manage client relationships for retention
  • be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to stay connected with the team
