Job Requirements

  • Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload
  • Ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a virtual environment

Job Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Feedback driven and eager to improve
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and environments
  • Previous experience in sales or event coordination preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
  • Learn the features and benefits of our distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to your clients
  • Understand the unique needs of all types of events from corporate functions to birthday parties and other social events
  • Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
  • Stay organized when working with a large rolodex of clients and multiple venues
  • Be there for your clients by planning their events and coordinating details until the day of the party
  • Actively manage client relationships during and after events with retention efforts to encourage repeat bookings
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays especially during event-packed seasons
  • Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to maintain team connection and collaboration
  • Travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter
