Job Requirements
- Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload
- Ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a virtual environment
Job Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
- Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Feedback driven and eager to improve
- Time management and organization skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities and environments
- Previous experience in sales or event coordination preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
- Learn the features and benefits of our distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to your clients
- Understand the unique needs of all types of events from corporate functions to birthday parties and other social events
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
- Stay organized when working with a large rolodex of clients and multiple venues
- Be there for your clients by planning their events and coordinating details until the day of the party
- Actively manage client relationships during and after events with retention efforts to encourage repeat bookings
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays especially during event-packed seasons
- Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to maintain team connection and collaboration
- Travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter
