Job Requirements
- Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference
- ability to travel to Arizona for 5 days of training
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous sales or event planning experience preferred

- Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
- proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel

Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
- plan events for multiple venues and learn the features and benefits of distinctive properties
- understand the unique needs of all types of events from corporate functions to birthday parties and social events
- meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
- organize and manage a large rolodex of clients and venues
- be the on-site contact for operations team, hosting BEO meetings and ensuring successful event execution
- actively manage client relationships before, during, and after events with retention efforts
- work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons
- participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to stay connected and professional
