Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of event sales experience ideally in luxury hospitality
  • Proficiency in using event management CRM software preferably Tripleseat
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct site visits and lead property tours
  • Ability to work full time and attend occasional events outside regular hours
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in event sales preferably within luxury hotels, private clubs, or upscale venues
  • Proficiency with Tripleseat or similar event sales platforms
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional presence
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Proactively solicit and secure new event business including corporate, social, and luxury clientele
  • Manage event inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups using Tripleseat or similar CRM
  • Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase The Villa as a premier venue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, agencies, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Negotiate event packages, rental fees, and food and beverage minimums aligned with revenue goals
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary, and entertainment teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and communicate client requirements to internal teams
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates through CRM reporting
  • Represent The Villa Casa Casuarina at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
