Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 plus years of experience in event sales
  • proficiency with Tripleseat or similar event sales platforms
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong negotiation and contract management abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 plus years of experience in event sales, preferably within hotels, private clubs, or upscale venues
  • proficiency with Tripleseat or similar event sales platforms
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional presence
  • strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Proactively solicit and secure new event business (corporate, social, and luxury clientele)
  • manage event inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups using Tripleseat (preferred CRM)
  • conduct site visits and property tours, showcasing The Villa as a premier venue for luxury events
  • build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, agencies, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals
  • negotiate event packages, rental fees, and food and beverage minimums aligned with revenue goals
  • collaborate with operations, culinary, and entertainment teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and communicate all client requirements clearly to internal teams
  • monitor sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates through CRM reporting
  • represent The Villa Casa Casuarina at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
