Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in event sales
  • Experience within luxury hotels, private clubs, or upscale venues preferred
  • Proficiency with Tripleseat or similar CRM platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in event sales, preferably within luxury hotels, private clubs, or upscale venues
  • Proficiency with Tripleseat or similar event sales platforms
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Polished and professional presence
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Proactively solicit and secure new event business including corporate, social, and luxury clientele
  • Manage event inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups using Tripleseat or similar CRM
  • Conduct site visits and property tours showcasing The Villa as a premier venue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, agencies, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Negotiate event packages, rental fees, and food and beverage minimums aligned with revenue goals
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary, and entertainment teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders and communicate client requirements to internal teams
