Job Duties

  • Proactively sell and contract social events, milestone celebrations, small corporate meetings, association gatherings, holiday celebrations, and lifestyle events
  • Conduct site tours, create tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts aligned with hotel revenue goals
  • Develop relationships with local organizations, corporate partners, planners, and key vendors
  • Represent Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor at community events, networking functions, and targeted industry activities
  • Support the hotel’s limited wedding business by handling inquiries, conducting tours, and assisting couples through the essential planning process
  • Guide clients on packages, menus, setups, timelines, and room block coordination
  • Collaborate across departments including culinary, banquet, audio visual, event services, and operations to ensure smooth event execution
