Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year Encore or equivalent experience
- Experience in technology sales or hospitality preferred
- Prior sales experience in audiovisual a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
- Technical aptitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Drive results by soliciting and securing business through a proactive, consultative sales approach
- Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner to customers
- Collaborate with vendors and other departments/divisions to capture and service events
- Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and venue meetings to support customer event experience
- Understand event cost structure and incorporate profitability guidelines into solution designs
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, venue personnel, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
