Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of experience in sales or related field
  • Proficiency with technology and sales software
  • Ability to attend site visits and work irregular hours including evenings and weekends
  • Capability to meet physical demands of the job including sitting, standing, walking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to company core values and sales methodologies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of experience with Encore or equivalent
  • Technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
  • Prior audiovisual sales experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
  • Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Solicit and secure business through a proactive, consultative sales approach
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to capture and service events
  • Attend site visits and planning meetings to support customer event experiences
  • Understand event cost structures and design profitable solutions
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
