Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience
- Ability to use CRM systems effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and consultative sales approach
- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and occasional lifting
Job Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience
- 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
- Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
- Technical aptitude and computer proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Drive results by soliciting and securing business through consultative sales approach
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals timely
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to capture and service events
- Attend site visits and pre-conference planning meetings to support customer events
- Understand event cost structures and incorporate profitability guidelines
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure CRM accuracy
