Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in technology sales or hospitality
- Technical proficiency in audiovisual or related technology
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Commitment to maintaining accurate CRM data
- Ability to work irregular hours and travel
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift as required
- Adherence to company appearance and conduct standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least one year of experience in technology sales or hospitality
- Prior experience in audiovisual sales is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical aptitude and computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Drive results by soliciting and securing business through proactive consultative sales approach
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner
- Collaborate with vendors and other departments to capture and service events
- Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and venue meetings
- Understand event cost structure and incorporate profitability guidelines
- Cultivate and maintain customer and venue relationships
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
- Support sales forecasting and adhere to company SOPs
- Maintain knowledge of new products, services, and event technology
