Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in technology sales or hospitality
  • Technical proficiency in audiovisual or related technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate CRM data
  • Ability to work irregular hours and travel
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift as required
  • Adherence to company appearance and conduct standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of experience in technology sales or hospitality
  • Prior experience in audiovisual sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Drive results by soliciting and securing business through proactive consultative sales approach
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with vendors and other departments to capture and service events
  • Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and venue meetings
  • Understand event cost structure and incorporate profitability guidelines
  • Cultivate and maintain customer and venue relationships
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
  • Support sales forecasting and adhere to company SOPs
  • Maintain knowledge of new products, services, and event technology
