Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum one year of sales or related experience
  • Technical aptitude and computer proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to meet physical demands of the job including moderate lifting
  • Ability to travel between multiple hotel locations
  • Commitment to company core values and customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year experience in audiovisual, hospitality, or technology sales preferred
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and computer proficiency
  • Ability to deliver world-class service
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability
  • Effective collaboration and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Drive results by soliciting and securing business through a proactive, consultative sales approach
  • Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with vendors and other company departments to capture and service events
  • Attend site visits and pre-conference planning meetings to support customer event experience
  • Understand event cost structure and incorporate this into solution designs
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel
  • Maintain an updated and accurate CRM system to ensure sales accountability
