Job Requirements
- BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience required
- technical aptitude and computer proficiency required
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM
- ability to manage a healthy sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
- willingness to attend site visits and meetings
- ability to adapt to irregular working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
- prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus
- knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
- technical aptitude and computer proficiency
- strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Drive results by soliciting and securing business through a proactive, consultative sales approach
- prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner to customers
- collaborate with vendors and internal departments to capture and service events
- attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and venue meetings to support customer event experience
- understand event cost structure and design profitable solutions
- cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel
- research and understand customer history to personalize experiences
