Job Requirements

  • BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience required
  • technical aptitude and computer proficiency required
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM
  • ability to manage a healthy sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
  • willingness to attend site visits and meetings
  • ability to adapt to irregular working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred
  • prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus
  • knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
  • technical aptitude and computer proficiency
  • strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Drive results by soliciting and securing business through a proactive, consultative sales approach
  • prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner to customers
  • collaborate with vendors and internal departments to capture and service events
  • attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and venue meetings to support customer event experience
  • understand event cost structure and design profitable solutions
  • cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel
  • research and understand customer history to personalize experiences
