Job Qualifications

- Proficiency in general computer knowledge
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Preferably two years of hotel experience or completion of an Event Management trainee program
Job Duties
- Sell and service events focused on Banquet Food and Beverage
- Plan menus and set event agendas
- Review contracts and ensure compliance
- Facilitate communication with hotel staff before, during, and after events to guarantee high service levels
- Host hotel tours for potential clients
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Participate in and potentially lead event and staff meetings
