Job Requirements
- Ability to work on-site in Conroe, Texas
- Minimum of two years hotel experience preferred or completion of an Event Management trainee program
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in general computer use
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to participate in event and staff meetings

- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Prefer two years hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
Job Duties
- Sell and service events focusing on banquet food and beverage
- Plan menus and set agendas for events
- Review contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Facilitate communication with pertinent hotel staff before, during, and after events
- Host hotel tours to showcase facilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Participate in and potentially lead event and staff meetings
