Job Duties
- Sell and service banquet food and beverage events
- plan menus and set agendas for events
- review contracts and facilitate communication before, during and post event
- host hotel tours for prospective clients
- maintain strong customer relationships
- participate and lead event and staff meetings
- collaborate with sales and events team and support staff
