Job Requirements

  • Provide a resume to be considered
  • minimum of one year sales or planning experience in hospitality or event related field
  • proficient in computer knowledge and systems including Microsoft Office and Cvent
  • demonstrate ability to deliver banquet event orders timely and accurately
  • strong sales, prospecting, and negotiation skills
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • extremely detail oriented and organized

Job Duties

  • Sell events to meet monthly sales quotas and earn quarterly bonuses
  • guide clients through the event planning process with care and attention to detail
  • coordinate all aspects of food, beverage, and event logistics from inception to completion
  • conduct site inspections to showcase venue features
  • assist clients with menu tastings to select event catering
  • build and maintain strong client relationships
  • ensure flawless execution of events
