Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years total sales experience including at least 1 year outbound telephone sales experience
  • bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or related experience
  • preferably hospitality experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • excellent oral communication skills
  • skilled in proposal writing and effective written communication
  • strong persuasion and influencing abilities
  • proven leadership skills
  • ability to listen, assess situations, identify solutions, and gain consensus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develops a comprehensive knowledge of the client and market needs by regularly visiting clients and setting up face-to-face appointments
  • follows guidance of sales leadership and incorporates effective sales techniques such as hosting site tours aboard ships
  • generates leads primarily through client appointments and networking
  • converts prospects to clients using proven sales strategies
  • regularly attends networking and industry events
  • identifies customer needs and prepares winning proposals
  • presents proposals in person during site inspections and meetings
