Job Duties
- Actively pursue corporate and social event bookings
- complete a minimum of 25 outreach contacts weekly
- attend a minimum of 2 networking events monthly
- conduct client site tours
- develop and implement business development strategies
- build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community organizations
- host at least 1 showcase event per year
- represent the venue at industry events and trade shows
- collaborate with marketing to create outreach campaigns
- conduct site tours and meet with prospective clients
- utilize Tripleseat for booking and event coordination
- maintain relationships with corporate clients and event planners
- utilize CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-up
- conduct post-event analyses
- handle financial transactions and reporting for client bookings
