Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in event sales, business development, or related hospitality roles

Job Duties

  • Actively pursue corporate and social event bookings
  • complete a minimum of 25 outreach contacts weekly
  • attend a minimum of 2 networking events monthly
  • conduct client site tours
  • develop and implement business development strategies
  • build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community organizations
  • host at least 1 showcase event per year
  • represent the venue at industry events and trade shows
  • collaborate with marketing to create outreach campaigns
  • conduct site tours and meet with prospective clients
  • utilize Tripleseat for booking and event coordination
  • maintain relationships with corporate clients and event planners
  • utilize CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-up
  • conduct post-event analyses
  • handle financial transactions and reporting for client bookings
