Job Requirements

  • full-time employment
  • base salary of $50,000 per year plus bonus potential
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require
  • experience in event sales or related hospitality management
  • proficiency with CRM software
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proven track record in sales and revenue generation

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in event sales, hospitality, or entertainment sales management
  • demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales and revenue goals
  • strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • experience managing pipelines and accounts using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • self-starter with relationship building and creative problem solving skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • high level of emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
  • availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • build partnerships and drive sales growth for events
  • connect with schools, local businesses, community leaders, and organizations
  • prospect, build pipelines, and close sales for various events
  • create and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • manage full sales process including outreach, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups
  • collaborate with leadership and food and beverage teams to execute guest experiences
  • coach and inspire the event sales team to deliver excellence
