Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- experience in sales management or event coordination
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to travel regularly
- strong analytical and organizational abilities
- commitment to fostering a positive team environment
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when events occur

Job Duties
- Research new events and other business avenues to help department growth
- pull and analyze data from key performance reports
- manage team to meet key performance metrics
- actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates
- assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates
- create weekly and monthly plans which include performance goals
- foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support
- set up and breakdown events and home shows, when necessary
