Job Requirements
- a bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of hotel sales experience
- minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience
- strong business communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- confident and polished presence
- ability to manage multiple deadlines and events
- proactive and driven work attitude
- excellent customer service orientation
- knowledge of market trends and competitor landscape
- effective time management skills
- strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

- familiarity with hospitality CRM systems like Delphi or Marriott CI/TY
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hotel sales

Job Duties
- develop and implement event sales strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
- conduct client meetings to understand and fulfill event requirements
- negotiate contracts and manage event budgets efficiently
- collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to design customized menus and setups
- coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
- maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- utilize hospitality CRM systems to track leads, bookings, and client communications
