Job Requirements

  • a bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of hotel sales experience
  • minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • strong business communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • confident and polished presence
  • ability to manage multiple deadlines and events
  • proactive and driven work attitude
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • knowledge of market trends and competitor landscape
  • effective time management skills
  • strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • creativity in event planning
  • familiarity with hospitality CRM systems like Delphi or Marriott CI/TY

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hotel sales
  • minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience
  • at least 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • proficient with Microsoft Office and hospitality CRM software
  • confident and professional demeanor
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • solid understanding of banquet operations and event logistics
  • creative mindset for event design and client customization

Job Duties

  • develop and implement event sales strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
  • conduct client meetings to understand and fulfill event requirements
  • negotiate contracts and manage event budgets efficiently
  • collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to design customized menus and setups
  • coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • utilize hospitality CRM systems to track leads, bookings, and client communications
