Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel or event sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in general computer knowledge with the ability to learn new systems
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Prefer two years of hotel experience in a similar role
Job Duties
- Sell and service events primarily in Banquet Food and Beverage
- Plan menus and set agendas for events
- Review contracts and ensure all details are accurate
- Facilitate communication with hotel staff before, during, and after events
- Host hotel tours for prospective clients
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Participate in and lead event and staff meetings
- Collaborate effectively with sales and events teams
