Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years hotel experience preferred or completed event management trainee program
- proficiency in general computer knowledge
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- willingness to collaborate with a team

Job Duties
- Sell and service banquet food and beverage events
- plan menus and set event agendas
- review contracts and ensure clarity of terms
- communicate effectively with hotel staff before, during, and after events
- host hotel tours for prospective clients
- maintain strong customer relationships
- participate in and lead event and staff meetings
- collaborate with sales and events staff as a team member
