Job Requirements
- Full-time availability
- 3+ years of experience in event sales hospitality sales nightlife or experiential venues
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Experience with CRM and sales tracking software
- Proven outbound sales or lead generation experience
- Ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously
- High energy and guest-facing experience
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in event sales hospitality sales nightlife or experiential venues
- Proven ability to manage high lead volume while maintaining quality and urgency
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales or proactive lead generation
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable representing the brand externally and operating independently in the market
- Organized detail-oriented and confident working across CRM and sales systems
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt sales techniques to different client types and environments
Job Duties
- Respond rapidly and professionally to inbound event leads across all channels maintaining high conversion standards and response-time expectations
- Qualify leads efficiently and guide clients through event options packages pricing and timelines
- Manage the full booking lifecycle including proposals contracts deposits and confirmations
- Maintain accurate real-time data in CRM and sales tracking systems
- Forecast event revenue and manage a disciplined sales pipeline
- Actively generate new business through outbound prospecting networking and relationship-building
- Represent Puttery in the local market through site tours industry events community partnerships and brand activations
