Chicken N Pickle is a unique, indoor/outdoor family entertainment complex that offers much more than just a casual dining experience. This establishment features a chef-driven restaurant and sports bar, multiple pickleball courts with professional instruction, space for live entertainment, and an array of yard games, all complemented by a welcoming outdoor lounge area where guests can relax with or without their dogs. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or event management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive, outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales, event planning or hospitality management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

- Proactively engage in outbound sales activity and networking in the community to establish business development standards for the venue to grow sales revenues for private events
- Conduct market research to devise strategies to generate and develop new business by knowing the local businesses, chambers and associations
- Work with top businesses in the market to foster client relationships through ongoing communication to ensure repeat business, referrals and grow accounts
- Collaborate with chambers, visitors bureaus, sports commissions, third party event planners, and convention centers to find new opportunities
- Strategically negotiate and close event sales including creating estimates, proposals, upselling, site tours, food tastings, meetings and lunches
