Job Duties
- The Event Sales Manager is responsible for selling weddings and events
- Primary sales efforts are in Banquet Food and Beverage with a small focus on Group Room Nights and includes menu planning, agenda setting and hotel meeting services
- Duties also include contract review, negotiations and business development
- The Event Sales Manager will host hotel tours, maintain strong customer relationships, participate and may lead event meetings and other team meetings, and work as a team member, including the support team, within the sales, marketing and events team and all other functions of the hotel
- Flexibility in schedule to work some nights and weekends as needed based on event days/times
