Job Requirements
- Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload speeds
- Ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter

- Eligibility to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales including sales management and multi-unit sales
- Proficiency in technology such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Experience using a CRM system
- Data-centric approach to sales and decision-making
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to various work situations
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
- Learn the features and benefits of multiple distinctive properties and effectively relay them to clients
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
- Organize and manage a large client pipeline across multiple venues
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers and Directors of Sales to provide team support and guidance
- Plan and coordinate client events from inquiry through execution
- Manage client relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
- Participate actively in virtual meetings and coaching sessions
- Maintain a designated quiet workspace for remote work
