Job Duties
- Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the corporate, social, and association markets
- develop and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, corporate decision-makers, and other key industry contacts
- conduct high-impact site tours and sales presentations that highlight the propertys value proposition
- negotiate and close event contracts to meet and exceed revenue goals
- maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and conversion rates
- monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
- represent the hotel at networking events, industry functions, and trade shows to drive new leads
