Job Requirements
- 5+ years of previous experience in high-volume sales, preferably within hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry
- Proven ability to motivate and cultivate a positive team culture
- Deep understanding of the local market and its nuances
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail
- previous experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of driving results through effective collaboration
- Must be 21 years old and over

Job Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for booking events at Pinstripes, including corporate gatherings, private parties, and special occasions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve robust budgets, focusing on cultivating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones
- Oversee all aspects of client liaison, ensuring personalized experiences and satisfaction for each event booked
- Plan and coordinate all details of events, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams, including event coordinators and operations staff, to ensure seamless event planning and execution
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge
- Lead by example, motivating and inspiring team members to consistently deliver exceptional results in sales and event execution
