  • Proven experience in luxury wedding and social event sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume events
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Respond to and manage all wedding and social event inquiries
  • Lead events from initial contact through final execution
  • Sell, plan, and execute high-end weddings with a focus on increasing food and beverage spend
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through high-touch service
  • Execute contracts, manage budgets, event orders, deposits, and internal communication
  • Contribute to and curate content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness
  • Represent Hyatt as an active member of industry associations and lead networking events
  • Maintain knowledge of the local wedding market, competitor positioning, and industry trends
  • Partner with culinary, operations, and hotel teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
