Job Qualifications
- 3 plus years in sales including multi-unit or sales management experience
- proficiency in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system

Job Duties
- Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events
- Learn features and benefits of multiple venues and communicate them effectively
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
- Maintain organization while managing a large client portfolio and multiple venues
- Juggle pipelines, office tasks, and meetings in a virtual environment
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers and Directors to support and lead sales teams
- Manage client relationships by planning events and ensuring retention
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to maintain team connectivity
