Job Requirements

  • Designated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 30-50 Mbps download and 10-20 Mbps upload)
  • Ability to travel for company-paid trips to the office once per quarter

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales
  • Sales management and multi-unit sales experience are a plus
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Data-centric
  • Leadership skills including the ability to inspire, motivate, and help lead a team
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Feedback driven
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events
  • Learn the features and benefits of our distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to clients across multiple venues
  • Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
  • Maintain organization while managing a large client roster and multiple venues
  • Juggle pipeline, office tasks, and meetings efficiently
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers and Directors of Sales to provide team guidance and support
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage client events from conception through execution and follow-up for retention
