- prefer two years hotel experience or completion of event management trainee program
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in general computer knowledge
- extremely detail oriented and organized

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Sell banquet food, beverage, and meeting room rentals
- plan menus and set agendas for events
- conduct business development and review contracts
- facilitate communication with hotel staff before, during, and after events
- host hotel tours and maintain strong customer relationships
- participate in and sometimes lead event and staff meetings
- collaborate with sales, events staff, and administrative support
