Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • strong communication abilities both verbal and written
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • willingness to take on additional responsibilities and learn new skills

Job Duties

  • assist event sales managers with administrative duties such as preparing proposals and contracts
  • coordinate site visits for clients and event stakeholders
  • manage event details including menus and space requirements
  • develop and maintain event agendas
  • handle event billing processes from start to finish
  • communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure event success
  • support the sales team with additional responsibilities as needed
