Job Duties

  • Be a welcoming and calming presence when supporting client inquiries, tours, questions and event details
  • Assist with selections, planning and executing events
  • Draft and distribute Banquet Event Orders including food selections, room setups, AV and program schedule sequence
  • Assist in coordination and planning of event operations and logistics including vendor communication, parking, scheduling, music, rentals
  • Track event budgets, expenses, payments and due dates
  • Serve as support to Events Sales Manager and Director including event plan execution
  • Work closely with other operating departments to ensure events exceed client expectations
  • Take the lead in generating reports and financial analysis
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly reporting packs for sales and executive team
  • Take lead in ensuring payment processes for events are adhered to
