- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales or event coordination with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving abilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients to showcase event packages and services
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all logistical details are handled professionally and efficiently
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining a high level of client service and communication
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
