Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational abilities
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- service events
- work closely with Event Sales Managers on contract negotiations and account servicing
- manage banquet food, beverage and setup arrangements including menu planning and agenda setting
- coordinate hotel meeting services, hospitality amenities and VIP requests
- review contracts and communicate with hotel staff before, during and after events
- assist in hosting site inspections
- participate in or lead event meetings and staff meetings
