  • two years of administrative experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • proficiency in Outlook, Word, and database software
  • flexible availability including two Saturdays per month

Job Duties

  • ensure client satisfaction with attentiveness and consistent communication
  • utilize Infor/CRM for managing client information and event orders
  • understand yields for professional and social markets
  • work with clients to find options within budget and meet yield requirements
  • support managers with administrative tasks including correspondence and report generation
  • provide client site tours and maintain tour schedules
  • manage opening and closing offices and keep the team updated on status
  • take and distribute team meeting minutes
  • perform other duties as assigned
