Job Requirements

  • some weekend shifts are required rotating with other Event Sales Administrators
  • weekend coverage may include independently managing phones and inquiries on Saturdays and Sundays

Job Qualifications

  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • comfortable managing phones and client inquiries professionally
  • strong basic math skills to review and close out event checks
  • self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed
  • proficiency in office software and booking systems
  • hospitality event coordination or administrative experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • serve as the first point of contact for phone and online inquiries and assign leads to the appropriate Sales Manager
  • manage phones and client inquiries including independently covering the office during weekend shifts
  • assist the Event Sales team with client bookings and event coordination
  • gather event details and communicate with clients about their needs and preferences
  • maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
  • close out event checks after events, ensuring all charges are accurate
  • open and/or close the sales office and help keep operations organized and running smoothly
  • support the team with ideas and improvements that help streamline processes and enhance the guest experience
