Job Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of audio visual project management experience in the event or hospitality industry
  • Creative and passionate about events
  • Knowledge of audio-visual production and equipment
  • Proficient in budget creation and profit and loss management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior management experience
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings
  • Proficiency with Flex Software or ability to quickly learn new software
  • Proficient with general office equipment
  • Hospitality degree or experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of audio visual project management experience in the event or hospitality industry

  • Proficient in creating budgets and understanding profit and loss statements
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous management experience and leadership abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Familiarity with Flex Software or ability to learn new programs
  • Proficiency in general office equipment
  • Hospitality degree or experience is desirable

Job Duties

  • Organizing audio-visual production for corporate events from design to execution
  • Meeting with clients to determine event needs and budgets
  • Designing floor plans and stage sets
  • Coordinating vendors, venues, and event logistics
  • Overseeing truck loading and on-site event management
  • Conducting pre/post-conference meetings with clients and departments
  • Preparing and managing job costing to ensure cost-effectiveness
