Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event installation or similar field
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Proven leadership experience in on-site installation, particularly with tents and flooring
- Strong physical ability to lift and carry equipment under various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork and mentoring skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Experience working in fast-paced, outdoor event environments
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire mentoring and training of installation crews to deliver seamless setups
- Represent Curated Events on job sites providing client solutions and maintaining confidence
- Safely load, transport, and set up luxury rental inventory ensuring timely and pristine condition delivery
- Demonstrate expertise in tenting, flooring, and luxury event installations
- Enforce high safety, quality, and efficiency standards on every project
- Coordinate installation activities and manage team performance during events
- Maintain clear communication with management and clients throughout the installation process
