Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • 3 or more years technical experience in event technology or broadcast industry
  • 2 or more years administrative and customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • strong technical knowledge
  • strong client relationship skills
  • operational logistics experience
  • ability to multitask
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • MS Office proficiency
  • ability to read technical diagrams preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare and communicate production and labor schedules
  • maintain focus on client needs by attending client meetings and managing show files
  • review sales documents to confirm equipment and technical positions
  • communicate event execution plan and on-site changes
  • review all information with crew leads to ensure successful event
  • operate equipment and assist crew as needed
  • mentor team members on event execution and best practices
  • assist with completion and analysis of post-event tools
  • process post-event items including timesheets and invoices
  • work with leaders to identify training opportunities
