Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- strong relationship-building skills
- ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- limited supervision adaptability
- three years of business experience preferred
- experience in executive education or similar business preferred
- familiarity with MIT Sloan and MIT faculty preferred

Job Duties
- Manage logistics including pre, post, and on-site coordination of full event lifecycle
- pivot easily between tasks for planning on-site and live online program deliveries
- organize catering needs for on-site programs including dinners and receptions
- arrange external program vendors and negotiate contracts and pricing
- manage technical aspects of live online deliveries including participant troubleshooting, faculty training, platform exploration, and video editing
- balance requirements of numerous programs with overlapping schedules and deadlines
- participate in cross-functional project teams and engage in continuous improvement of program operations
- communicate with participants, clients, and provide high-level support to program faculty
- collect, upload, and maintain all program website information and materials
- use complex databases and learning management systems to ensure superior customer experience
- collaborate on program budget development and management
- forecast projected program expenses related to logistics
- reconcile and balance budget post program
