Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in live event production or audiovisual production
- strong technical proficiency with live event and video production solutions
- exceptional communication and organizational skills
- ability to perform on-site technical assessments
- experience with basic video editing
- ability to work under pressure and maintain high customer service standards
- valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- willingness to travel based on production and service needs
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, or audiovisual production
- strong knowledge of live event and video production technical solutions
- familiarity with hardware and software used in modern corporate environments
- exceptional customer communication skills
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- proven ability to conduct on-site technical evaluations
- experience with basic non-linear video editing
- ability to maintain a professional attitude in high-pressure situations
- experience in technical directing, audio mixing, camera operation, and editing is a plus
- college degree in video production, broadcasting, communications, or similar field is desirable
Job Duties
- Partner with the Senior Production Manager to plan and execute event productions that deliver measurable results
- Lead small to mid-sized projects from initiation to completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event requestors, translating complex technical solutions into clear, actionable client communication
- Develop realistic project scopes and estimates, maintaining accountability for the budget and resource allocation
- Conduct essential event site visits prior to productions to perform technical assessments
- Provide expert production advice to clients and internal stakeholders with support from the broadcast engineering team
- Coordinate postproduction projects and utilize basic editing skills to create corporate videos and broadcast assets
- Source and negotiate production estimates with external partners and manage vendor payments
- Oversee daily coordination and design of live event productions, ensuring industry standards across video, audio, lighting, and streaming are met
