Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, communications or related field
  • At least 2 years' experience working in stadium or arena location
  • Six to eight years' experience in building events from ideation to execution
  • Prior experience in corporate, entertainment and social event management and planning
  • Passion for taking calculated risks with data-driven vision and team consensus
  • Must be knowledgeable in event building in SalesForce or Momentus as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a wide variety of public and private events
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal team, cross-functional team and external parties
  • Knowledge and proficiency in internet communications technologies and MS Office applications
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to core values of integrity, innovation and teamwork
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights
  • Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications or related field

  • Six to eight years of experience building events from ideation to execution
  • Experience in corporate, entertainment, or social event management
  • Passion for data-driven vision and calculated risk-taking
  • CMP, PMP, or CSEP certification preferred
  • Knowledge of SalesForce or Momentus event building tools
  • Proven ability to manage public and private events
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
  • Proficiency in internet communications technologies and MS Office applications
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee the planning and execution of self-produced events with support from internal teams
  • Develop a diverse calendar of event programs and present options to leadership
  • Manage budget development and tracking for all self-produced events
  • Collaborate with colleagues across marketing, ticket sales, vendor procurement, and event operations
  • Create unique sponsorship opportunities and work with the corporate partnerships team
  • Serve as the primary liaison for co-produced event partners and oversee marketing asset distribution
  • Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends and entertainment options
  • Manage contract processes and hold event dates in the internal database
  • Source and manage vendors and production partners via RFP process
  • Perform other duties as assigned
