Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
- 2-4 years related public facility management experience
- Knowledge of principles of facility management, services and equipment
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of AutoCAD design software preferred
- Ability to work long and irregular hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision and interact with all levels of staff
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred

- Theater experience a plus
- Working knowledge of facility management principles, services, and equipment
- Proficiency with AutoCAD design software preferred
- Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills
- Professional presentation and work ethic
- Ability to work under limited supervision and interact with all levels of staff

Job Duties
- Supervises staff and oversees all facility operations related to events
- Assist in hiring, training and supervising event services staff
- Meets with clients to plan and organize meetings and events
- Coordinates activities with service contractors for meetings and events
- Guides clients in preparation of events by interpreting contracts, policies, and procedures
- Keeps clients informed of deadline schedules and event details
- Prepares cost estimates and monitors final billing
