Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of professional event production or related operations experience
- 1+ years of management, customer service or sales experience
- Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Google Suite applications
- Familiarity with Android and Apple devices
- Ability to travel 40-50% within the Bay Area
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on feet in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Take ownership of public event including hospitality, production, execution, client management and logistical needs
- Champion Off the Grid hospitality and values by embodying event production standards
- Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with customers, guests, creators and stakeholders
- Oversee and contribute to hospitality and customer service programs including training and guest experience research
- Solve challenging guest issues with resourcefulness and collaboration
- Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards exceed local codes
- Complete detailed daily event reports and communicate emergencies to Event Operations Manager
- Secure keys, gas cards, phones, tools and technology
- Encourage customer participation in event surveys and app usage
- Inspect equipment and log repair needs via department software
- Promote team participation, ownership and employee engagement
- Keep event areas clean and safe from hazards
- Lead setup and breakdown of production elements alongside team
- Oversee market vehicle operations including safety checks and maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal driving laws and safety procedures
- Complete all training and safety courses promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of market vehicles
- Support creator event placement and document checks
- Manage creator event performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and conduct codes
- Monitor sanitation, safety regulations and required municipal documentation for creators
- Foster a positive work environment focusing on teamwork, motivation and customer service
- Develop and enforce team accountability based on company policies and event operations
- Encourage continuous focus on event execution and hospitality among team members
