Job Requirements

  • 2+ years hospitality experience
  • Experience in catering or event planning preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and technology
  • CRM software experience is beneficial
  • Familiarity with AllSeated or Total Party Planner (TPP) software is advantageous

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years hospitality experience
  • Catering or event planning experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fine-tuned organizational skills
  • Computer/technology savvy
  • Experience using a CRM a plus
  • Experience using AllSeated or Total Party Planner (TPP) a plus

Job Duties

  • Walk clients through the timing of the event day, ceremony details, rain plan, and rental choices for linens, china, etc.
  • Assist clients during venue walk-throughs
  • Create the pack list for events by determining supplies needed based on client selections and coordinating with other events on the calendar
  • Schedule rentals for items not owned or unavailable
  • Help write the instruction manual for event staff to follow during the event
  • Print and distribute detailed event packets to team members
  • Be on site at events as the event manager from setup through dinner service with keen oversight of event logistics
